Time for another Tower Progress Report ("TRP"): after the major construction work of the actual building had been finished several months ago, work on the exterior is now underway to add the final layer of themeing to the facades and make the brand new concrete structure look dilapidated, run down, and crumbling.
While scaffolding still covers most segements of the lower buildings that will house th lobby, the station and the show scenes at least the tarps have come down allowing a good view of the paint job. Currently the painting crews have already moved to the lobby building, while the building segment housing the station and show scenes is mostly done with the first layer of painting. In the meantime on the backside of the tower work is finished except for a small band on the left, which is behind the structure of the temporary construction elevator. Also the window opening behind this elevator are still covered with tarps.
But let's move on to the sides of the tower where some other progress besides the painting can be reported. On the ride side (so facing toward the Tram Tour Station and Art of Animation) four balconies have been added to the narrow side of the 
main tower (the building housing the actual drop shafts), right beneath the overhang. Speaking of the overhang this one has been further adorned with decorative elements, such as the four ones that seem to support the overhang from underneath. Also note the deco-elements at the front of the Tower near the top which clearly showcase similar patterns to the art-deco elements already featured in the fence surrrounding the area since the park's opening day. It can be assumed that the comparable segment on the left side of the main tower (facing toward Production Courtyard) will look very similar, but work hasn't progressed as far here. The balconies are not yet in place here. Also only two of the four decorative elements "supporting" the overhang have been installed here.
Now take a closer look at the top floor of the building segment housing the show scenes and the station where it connected to the actual tower housing the drop shafts: here some segments of walls have been created brick by brick which (once painted) will give the impression to be out of the same material as the still standing walls of the lower floors (which are actually poured out of concrete), just that the unfortunate event 
has ripped of the rest of the building. To further enhance the look of the front of the main tower in this area, that actually several floors of the main building in front of it were ripped away right at the doors of the elevators (which will open in the future) steel structures have been placed right beneath the elevator doors on each level, which will be themed to look like remaining floor segements. Only once these to be painted elements have all been put in place will this middle segment of the main tower be painted. Right now the result is a stripped look, with the segements of the buildings above and below already painted and this area still in its original concrete gray.
Also note that the small tower structure in front of the lobby finally got its walls attached to the steel structure and a dome, just as on top of the real tower.
